<br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by said Council that, an emergency existing, this Ordinance shall
<br />be in force on and after July 1, 2000.

<br />Next, Council considered adoption of a Resolution establishing Holiday and Leave regulations for City
<br />employees under the jurisdiction of the City Manager. If adopted, the new regulations will become a part of
<br />
