TUESDAY, June 27, 2000

then began discussions of the budget. Council heard a report by City Manager Reynolds regarding the budget requests by
Social Services. In late May, City Staff was asked to meet with Joyce Martin, Director of Social Services,
regarding operational budget concerns. City Manager Reynolds
recommended that the City's share of the $64,000 remain in Social Service's budget to replace necessary
mechanical problems with the cooling tower and any remaining funds be left in the Social Service' s emergency
fund account for coverage of local emergencies.
