Council Member Haskell moved to authorize the grant submission; the motion was duly seconded and carried by the following vote, with all present members voting: Vote 5 - 0; Yeas (5) - Crabtree, Dallas, Haskell, Roop, Teague; Nays (0) - None; Absent (0) - None.
