TUESDAY, OCTOBER 25, 1988 <br /> <br />reappointment to.certain boards and commissions and (2) consideringa real <br />estate matter, viz., the possible sale of a small residual tract of land from a <br />street construction project. At the conclusion of this session, Council <br />reconvened into open session and, upon motions, duly seconded and.unanimously <br />carried, (1) authorized City Manager Brown to enter into negotiations with a <br />prospective buyer for the aforementioned residual tract of land and (2) <br />appointed the following citizens as constituting--and membership on--an Ad Hoc <br />Steering Committee on Drugs: <br /> <br /> The Honorable J.
