<br /> CORPORATION RESOLUTION TO OBTAIN VISA CARD ACCOMMODATION
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, this corporation, The City of MartinsvHle, Virginia , desires .to obtain financial
<br />accommodations from United Virginia Bank Card pursuant to the use of a number of United Virginia Visa Cards (hereinafter
<br />called Visa Cards) by various officers and agents of this corporation; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREASf this corporation intends to authorize its officers and agents to use such Visa Cards for and in connection with
<br />corporate business; and ·
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, United Virginia Bank Card will not extend such accommodations by issuing such Visa Cards unless this
<br /> corporation agrees to pay United Virginia Bank Card all indebtedness incurred by and assume sole responsibility for the
<br /> authorized use, and where 10 or more Visa Cards are issued to employees of the corporation for any unauthorized use, of any
<br /> and all such Visa Cards, and to relieve United Virginia Bank Card from any duty or obligation to investigate or inquire with
<br /> respect to the circumstances of use, or to ascertain the genuineness of any-signature affixed to the instrument or agreement
<br /> evidencing such use or indebtedness. ... "-

<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that this corporation apply to United Virginia Bank Card for the issuance of a
<br />sufficient number of Visa Cards, as in the judgment of the officer or officers hereinafter authorized, this corporation may
<br />require;
<br />

<br /> RESOLVED FURTHER, that George W. Brown , the ~7-~, or N/A ,

<br />:;~s,T~Ya~:~fe~y~ of this corporation, and their successors in office, be and they are hereby authorized, directed and
<br />empowered in the name of this corpO, ration, to apply to Uniled Virginia Bank Card from time to time for the issuance of such
<br />Visa Cards, to 'make designation of individuals from ~ime to lime to he named i.n ~he same, and to execute such applications,
<br />forms and agreements with respect thereto, and to any indebledness incurred thereby, as the United Virginia Bank Card and
<br />said officers may from time to time agree upon.

<br /> RESOLVED FURTHER. that United Virginia Bank Card is authorized to act upon this resolution until written notice of its
<br />revocation, making specific reference to this Visa Card resolution, is actually ~elivered to United Virginia Bank Card.
