The program anticipates that the City's Electric <br />Fund will absorb the cost of moving overhead electric utilities to the rear of <br />properties in the commercial area of Fayette Street and (that) commercial <br />property owners will be responsible for 40% of the cost of the lighting and <br />improvements, in keeping with requirements heretofore practiced within the <br />City's Central Business District° The program also anticipates outright grants <br /> <br /> <br />
