AUGUST 28, 1990 <br /> <br />following conditions: (1) that an appropriate access road meeting <br />City standards be built to the facility; (2) that construction <br />begin within one year; and (3) that all of the usual terms and <br />conditions under which Special Use Permits are granted apply to <br />this Permit. <br /> <br />Council conducted a public hearing on the reappropriation of funds <br /> <br />needed to cover contractual commitments and outstanding purchase <br />orders issued in FY89-90. There being no public comment, Mayor <br />McClain declared the public hearing closed. Upon motion, duly <br /> <br />seconded, and by unanimous vote, Council approved the <br /> <br />reappropriation in the following amounts: <br /> <br />General Fund: <br />Stores Fund: <br />Electric Fund: <br />· Water Fund: <br />Sewer Fund: <br />Total <br /> <br />$ 73,780 <br />35,854 <br />925 <br />477,732 <br />1,326,846 <br />$1,915,137 <br /> <br />'Council considered adoption of a resolution recognizing the <br /> Centennial year of the National Society of the Daughters of the <br /> American Revolution. Mrs. Bess Tudor, Centennial Chairperson for <br /> the' Patrick Henry Chapter and Mrs..Virginia Windle, Centennial <br /> Chairperson for the General Joseph Martin Chapter were present to <br /> commenton the DAR Centennial and to apprise Council of the planned <br /> activities in connection 'with this celebration.
