Article VI, Request fop Bids, Section 6.6, Disqualification of BiddePs <br /> would be amended by changing the words "an indefinite period of time" to "a <br /> definite pePiod of time" to provide for a specified period of debaPment for <br /> prospective contPactoPs based on a contractoP's unsatisfactoPy perfoPmance. <br /> <br />Council accepted the City's financial report for month ending February 28, <br />1990, as prepared by Finance DirecroP Richard D. Fitts. <br /> <br />Council acknowledged receipt of Sheriff Maynard Gilley's report on his vehicle <br />stock, notingithat the Sheriff usually asks for one vehicle replacement each <br />year. Council asked City Manager Brown to meet with Sheriff Gilley and develop <br />a vehicle purchase plan by budget time. <br /> <br /> <br />
