Mr. Brown stated that the City <br />Admin'istration~will review any recommendations from the Planning Commission and <br />respond accordingly at an appropriate time. .~ <br /> <br />Robert Willisas expressed concern that Council may not-be getting enough- <br />information from tile Planning Commission to follow through in making their <br />decisions. It was noted that additional· information would be provided; espe- <br />cialiy when!'there was not a unanimous vote of the Commission, to let Council <br />khow that there were some 'differences of opinions mid identify such issues. <br />Councilman McClain expressed the same concern and asked that the report from <br />the Commission to Council be more specific when there is .a split vote,. He <br />indicated that both the majority and 'minority opinion on the issues should be <br />stated. Itwas noted that, when Council conducts public hearings on various <br />matters and there are conflicEing OpiniOns expressed by "the public, then the <br />matter could be referred back to the Commission for further study. <br /> <br />City Manager Brown stated we need to be concerned with all elements of <br />comprehensive planning which includes capital expenditures., He stated that <br />there are many elements to be considered by Council and the Administration and <br />the Planning Commisison's ideas, views and recommendations are needed from a <br /> <br /> <br />
