To date, all concerns in the <br />Police Academy & Albert Harris regions have been resolved or measures are underway to <br />resolve the situation. Citizens making complaints have been notified of status either by <br />phone or letter. <br /> <br />This graph includes 311 actual complaints recorded for this area between March, 1998, <br />and March, 1999. Of the 311 complaints recorded, 267 have been resolved and 44 are <br />presently pending with measures being taken to correct the situation. Duplicate <br />complaints on the same address are noted on attached report. <br /> <br />Included in this report are all complaints referred directly to Customer Service and does <br />not include routine calls for service.
