<br />That certain lot or parcel of land lying on the west
<br />side of Second Street and known as Lot 43-A, which land
<br />is more particularly described in that certain notice
<br />dated October 21, 1994, from Bernice H. Smith,
<br />Treasurer, to Kenneth M. Redd, a copy of which notice is
<br />attached hereto and made a part of this resolution as
<br />though it were set forth verbatim herein.
<br />
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said attorney shall commence
<br />proceedings on or before November 24, 1994.

<br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Martinsville, Virginia,
<br />in regular session held on October 25, 1994 that Deborah Hall, attorney
<br />at law, be, and she hereby is, authorized and directed, pursuant to the
<br />provisions of S. 58.1-3966 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended,
<br />for a compensation to be set by the Court pursuant to the provisions of
<br />either S. 58.1-3965 or S. 58.1-3969 of said Code, to bring proceedings
<br />pursuant to the provisions of S. 58.1-3967 of said Code, and, if deemed
<br />advisable by said attorney, pursuant to the provisions of S. 58.1-3968,
<br />as well, of said Code, to sell for the payment of delinquent taxes the
<br />following tracts or parcels of land:

<br />That certain parcel of land lying on "C" Street and
<br />being designated as Lot 2A, which land is more
<br />particularly described in that certain notice dated
<br />October 21, 1994, from Bernice H. Smith, Treasurer, to
<br />Perry H. Harrold, a copy of which notice is attached
<br />hereto and made a part of this resolution as though it
<br />were set forth verbatim herein.

<br />That certain lot lying on the northeast side of Hairston
<br />Street being the rear end of Lot #23, which land is more
<br />particularly described in that certain notice dated
<br />October 21, 1994, from Bernice H. Smith, Treasurer, to
<br />Rufus G. Robertson, a copy of which notice is attached
<br />hereto and made a part of this resolution as though it
<br />were set forth verbatim herein.

<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said attorney shall commence said
<br />proceedings on or before November 24, 1994.

<br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Martinsville, Virginia,
