<br />notice is attached hereto and made a part of this
<br />resolution as though it were set forth verbatim herein.

<br />That certain lot or parcel of land designated as Lot 7,
<br />located on the north side of West Church Street and on
<br />the east side of Massey Street and being more
<br />particularly described in that certain notice dated
<br />October 21, 1994, from Bernice H. Smith, Treasurer, to
<br />George W. Mitchell, et als, a copy of which notice is
<br />attached hereto and made a part of this resolution as
<br />though it were set forth verbatim herein.

<br />That certain lot or parcel of land lying on the east
<br />side of Cherry Street Extension, being known and
<br />designated as 927 Cherry Street, being more particularly
<br />described in that certain notice dated October 21, 1994,
<br />from Bernice H. Smith, Treasurer, to Kerry G. Smith, a
<br />copy of which notice is attached hereto and made a part
<br />of this resolution as though it were set forth verbatim
<br />herein.

<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said attorney shall commence
<br />proceedings on or before November 24, 1994.

<br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Martinsville, Virginia,
<br />in regular session held on October 25, 1994 that Robert Lewis, attorney
<br />at law, be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed, pursuant to the
<br />provisions of S. 58.1-3966 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended,
<br />for a compensation to be set by the Court pursuant to the provisions of
<br />either S. 58.1-3965 or S. 58.1-3969 of said Code, to bring proceedings
<br />pursuant to the provisions of S. 58.1-3967 of said Code, and, if deemed
<br />advisable by said attorney, pursuant to the provisions of S. 58.1-3968,
<br />as well, of said Code, to sell for the payment of delinquent taxes the
<br />following tracts or parcels of land:

<br />Those two certain lots or parcels of land lying and
<br />being on Clearview Drive in the City of Martinsville,
<br />Virginia, being designated as Lots 18 and 19, which lots
<br />are more particularly described in those certain notices
<br />dated October 21, 1994, from Bernice H. Smith,
<br />Treasurer, to Wallace Adams, copies of which notices are
<br />attached hereto and made a part of this resolution as
<br />though they were set forth herein verbatim.
