Adoption of the Ordinance would enact the recommendations <br />of the Uptown Parking Committee by removing time limits in all <br />municipally-owned lots and increasing the penalties for parking <br />violations. Councilman Willjams expressed concern that adequate public <br /> <br /> <br />
