<br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Martinsville,
<br />Virginia, in regular session held on May 9, 1995, that George
<br />Gautsch, attorney at law, be, and he hereby is, authorized
<br />and directed, pursuant to the provisions of Sec. 58.1-3966 of
<br />the 1950 Code of Virginia, as ~mended, for a compensation to
<br />be set by the Court pursuant tQ]the provisions of either Sec.
<br />58.1-3965 or Sec. 58.1-396~ of said Code, to bring
<br />proceedings pursuant to the p~ovisions of Sec. 58.1-3967 of
<br />said Code, and, if deemed advisable by said attorney,
<br />pursuant to the provisions of~Sec. 58.1-3968, as well, of
<br />said Code, to sell for the p~yment of delinquent taxes the
<br />following tracts or parcels ~fland:
<br />
<br /> 1. That certain lot or parcel of land lying on the west
<br /> side of Second Street and known as Lot 43-A, which land
<br /> is more particularly described in that certain notice
<br /> dated April 20, 1995, from Bernice H. Smith, Treasurer,
<br /> to Kenneth M. Redd, a copy of which notice is attached
<br /> hereto and made a part of this resolution as though it
<br /> were set forth verbatim herein.
<br />
<br />2. That certai~ lot or parcel of land lying on
<br />Yorkshire Road in the City of Martinsville, Virginia,
<br />and known as Lot !6R, which land is more particularly
<br />described in that certain notice dated April 20, 1995,
<br />from Bernice H. Smith, Treasurer, to Eric V. Muse, a
<br />copy of which notice is attached hereto and made a part
<br />of this resolution as though it were set forth verbatim
<br />herein.

<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said attorney shall commence said
<br />proceedings on or before June 6, 1995, but no sooner than May
<br />23, 1995.

<br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Martinsville,
<br />Virginia, in regular session held on May 9, 1995, that
<br />Deborah Hall, attorney at law, be, and she hereby is,
<br />authorized and directed, pursuant to the provisions of Sec.
<br />58.1-3966 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, for a
<br />compensation to be set by the Court pursuant to the
<br />provisions of either Sec. 58.1-3965 or Sec. 58.1-3969 of said
<br />Code, to bring proceedings pursuant to the provisions of Sec.
<br />58.1-3967 of said Code, and, if deemed advisable by said
<br />attorney, pursuant to the provisions of Sec. 58.1-3968, as
<br />well, of said Code, to sell for the payment of delinquent
