<br />Jefferson Street, being known as Lot 29, in the City of
<br />Martinsville, Virginia, and being more particularly
<br />described in that certain notice dated April 20, 1995,
<br />from Bernice H. Smith, Treasurer, to Roger L. and
<br />Cynthia Young, a copy of which notice is attached hereto
<br />and made a part of this resolution as though it were set
<br />forth herein verbatim.

<br />3. That certain lot or parcel of land,.situate at 714
<br />Orchard Street, being known as Lot 44, on the Southeast
<br />side of Orchard Street, in the City of Martinsville,
<br />Virginia, and being more particularly described in that
<br />certain notice dated April 20, 1995, from Bernice H.
<br />Smith, Treasurer, to Roger L. and Cynthia Young, a copy
<br />of which notice is attached hereto and made a part of
<br />this resolution as though it were set forth herein
<br />verbatim.

<br />4. That certain lot or parcel of land, situate on Sam
<br />Lions Trail, being known as Tract A, acreage, in the
<br />City of Martinsville, Virginia, and being more
<br />particularly described in that certain notice dated
<br />April 20, 1995, from Bernice H. Smith, Treasurer, to
<br />Roger L. and Cynthia Young, a copy of which notice is
<br />attached hereto and made a part of this resolution as
<br />though it were set forth herein verbatim.

<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said attorney shall commence said
<br />proceedings on or before June 6, 1995, but no sooner than May
<br />23, 1995.

<br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Martinsville,
<br />Virginia, in regular session held on May 9, 1995, that John
<br />Hance, attorney at law, be, and he hereby is, authorized and
<br />directed, pursuant to the provisions of Sec. 58.1-3966 of the
<br />1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, for a compensation to be
<br />set by the Court pursuant to the provisions of either Sec.
<br />58.1-3965 or Sec. 58.1-3969 of said Code, to bring
<br />proceedings pursuant to the provisions of Sec. 58.1-3967 of
<br />said Code, and, if deemed advisable by said attorney,
<br />pursuant to the provisions of Sec. 58.1-3968, as well, of
<br />said Code, to sell for the payment of delinquent taxes the
<br />following tract or parcel of land:

<br />1. Those two certain lots lying on the southeast side
<br />of Swanson Street and being designated as Lots 32 and
<br />33, and being more particularly described in that
<br />certain notice dated October 21, 1994, from Bernice H.
<br />Smith, Treasurer, to Katherine B. Hannah, a copy of
<br />which notice is attached hereto and made a part of this
<br />resolution as though it were set forth verbatim herein.
<br />
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said attorney shall commence said
