Ford <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />withdrew his request ccpproved by Council on March 22, 19S~) for an exception to Section <br /> <br />2203.1 of the City's Building Code (BUILDING CODE, J:.1l'J.RTIlJSVILlli, 1951) whereupon <br /> <br />Council approved the withdrawal of s aid request upon the c ondi tions that Nil'.
