Gustin & Associates, Certified Civil <br />Engineer, dated May 7, 1958, and revised August 29, 1958; thence with the <br />southern boundary of said subdivision and Lot #10, N 79 deg. 021 22" W <br />220.06 feet to the southeast corner of Lot #11; thence in a northwesterly <br />direction, N 52 deg. 02' 20" W 479.69 feet to the southeast corner of <br />Lot #16; thence with the southern line of Lot #16, N 63 deg. 24' 18" W 62.64 <br />feet to the southeast corner of Lot #17; thence in a northwesterly direction <br />with the western line of Lot #17 and the eastern line of a 20 foot path, <br />N 25 deg. 17' 13" west 49.5 feet to a point; thence a new line in a <br />southwesterly direction S64 deg. 45' W 308 feet more or less to a point <br />in the west line of 11ulberry Road; thence with the west line of 11ulberry <br />Road in a northwesterly direction to a point in said west line of Mulberry <br />Road opposite the northwestern corner of Lot 8, Section Z of the Forest <br />Park Subdivision and the south line of Meadm{View Lane; thence with the <br />western right of way line of }fuQberry Road in a northwesterly direction <br />N. 25 deg. 15' W 364.94 feet to a point of a curve having a property line <br />radius of 249.87 feet and a central angle of 33 deg. 30'; thence with the <br />chord of said curve, N 42 deg. 00' W 144.02 feet to a point; thence N 58 deg. <br />45' W 500.00 feet to a point; thence N 45 deg. 40' W 191.95 feet to a monument <br />in the existing corporate line of the City of Martinsville, and designated <br />by coordinates, N-46,309.50 and E-51,915.15; thence with existing corporate <br />line of the City of }~rtinsville to coordinates N-52,262.25; E-53,110.36; <br />the point of beginning; and reference is hereby made to the said General <br />Plan Map of the Subdivision of Lanier Farm, Inc. <br /> <br />TERM) AND CONDITIONS OF ANNEXATION <br /> <br />1. That fire protection, police protection, garbage removal services <br />and necessary street signs be furnished the annexed area forthwith after <br />the effective date of the annexation order in order to bring these services <br />and improvements up to a standard equal to that of the remainder of the City <br />of Martinsville; <br /> <br />2. That approved street lighting be installed and furnished within <br />one year from January 1, 1960; <br /> <br />3. That water be furnished to consumers in the annexed area at the <br />same rate as other consumers in the City of Martinsville; <br /> <br />4. That the streets within the annexed area be brought up to an <br />acceptable standard within two years from January 1, 1%0; <br />
