3 TU:E3DAY MAY 27. 19~8 Beginning at an iron stake in the northwest line of Sunset Drive, said stake being the southeast cornell'" of the Nolen property and in the line between the Nolen property and that of G. L. Nease; thence with said 1m line of Sunset Drive N 700 42' E 186 f't. to a point; said point being the Easterly End of Sunset Drive; thence S 2<JO 53' E 30.52 ft. to a.point in the southeast line of Sunset Drive; thence with this line S '700 42' W 186 ft. to an iron stake; thence N 2<JO 53' V 30.52' to the point of beginning. - do report that they have been to the scene and viewed the property in question, and that in their opinion there will be no inconvenience to the public generally from the discontinuance and abandonment of that portion of said street hereinabove described. We the undersigned viewers do hereby further report that we think it is in the best interest of the City to discontinue and abandon that portion of the street hereinabove described.
