Any person, firm, or corporation deem!d guilty of violation of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be punished as provided in section 1-6 or the Code of the City. See. 2-18 Repeal or conflicting ordinances. All ordinances or regulations of the city in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. Sec. 2-19 Effective date; sepa.rability of provisions of ordinance. This ordiname shall be in effect on and after December 1, 1957. The invalidity of any section or provision of this ordimnce shall not invalidate any other section or provision thereof.
