<br />2 <br /> <br />TUESDAY <br /> <br />NOVEMBER 12, 1957 <br /> <br />Sec. 2-17 Penalty. <br />Any person, firm, or corporation deem!d guilty of violation of any of the <br />provisions of this ordinance shall be punished as provided in section 1-6 or <br />the Code of the City. <br /> <br />See. 2-18 Repeal or conflicting ordinances. <br />All ordinances or regulations of the city in conflict with the provisions <br />of this ordinance are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Sec. 2-19 Effective date; sepa.rability of provisions of ordinance. <br />This ordiname shall be in effect on and after December 1, 1957. The <br />invalidity of any section or provision of this ordimnce shall not invalidate <br />any other section or provision thereof. <br /> <br />To adjust for a donation of $2,500,00 from the Martinsville-Henry County Wamans Club <br /> <br />towards the cost of operating a special education project, Council-by a recorded and <br /> <br />unanimous vote-amended the current school budget. by" appropriating a like amount to <br /> <br />the School Fund. <br /> <br />~'..~.C' <br />r'%'~ <br />Iii I <br />~~ <br /> <br />City llanager Hirst notified Councll of the reassigm.enti, effective November 1st, of <br />Mr. L.
