The construction of a se,...er line or lines, under the sub-paragraph, does not constitlcte, insofar as this ordinance is concerned, a reouirement that any property cor;nec.t to the public sewer for disposal of wastes. Nor does the construction df sewer lines in arJticipation of an outfall constitute an obligation upon the City to construct such an outfall. (c) Right-of-T;lays of streets will be graded to fun width. (d') Tdater and sewer lines will be laid according to City of Martinsville specifications as to si ze and type of pipe erld fittings, fire hydrants, depth, locutions and grade alignment of pipe ar.d laterals, type e.nd locations of manholes and other engineering requirements. (e) Before and after lines are covered they will meet City inspection and approval. (f) Pavencnt base shall be 5" of compacted stone. (g) Streets will be paved to width of conformity with Department of Highway req1..cirements.
