Nor <br />does the construction df sewer lines in arJticipation of an outfall <br />constitute an obligation upon the City to construct such an outfall. <br /> <br />(c) Right-of-T;lays of streets will be graded to fun width. <br /> <br />(d') Tdater and sewer lines will be laid according to City of Martinsville <br />specifications as to si ze and type of pipe erld fittings, fire <br />hydrants, depth, locutions and grade alignment of pipe ar.d laterals, <br />type e.nd locations of manholes and other engineering requirements. <br /> <br />(e) Before and after lines are covered they will meet City inspection <br />and approval. <br /> <br />(f) Pavencnt base shall be 5" of compacted stone. <br /> <br />(g) Streets will be paved to width of conformity with Department of <br />Highway req1..cirements. <br /> <br />(h) Plans and profiles of water awl sewer lines shall be prepared and <br />submitted to the City before constr1..'ction and after completion <br />of constr1..~ction for the permanent records of the City Pl,blic T.lorks <br />Departmen t. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />The constr1..'ction of w~.ter line extensions "'.lon[! streets or roadl...ays paved <br />and Hi thin the primary or seconilar:r system of Vi rginia Department 0f~1ighways <br />shall require conformi t;r with paragrephs 3 (b") , (d), (e) and (h) and ,...i th <br />the req~irement of s'ubdivision design conformity of paragreph 3 (a) wherein <br />abutting property is subdivided or resubdivided after the effective date <br />nf this 0riJinance. <br />
