In the event of a limited water supply or an overloaded sewer <br />system, the City will give first priority to service within the <br />corporate li~its. <br /> <br />11. 1,.J'ater ano sevier charges m:ltside the corporate li'TIi ts will be in <br />accorcl9.Ylce with tariff established for such service by the City. <br />Water anr1 sewer customers will contract directly through the City <br />for service and not through any intermediate group, finn, <br />corporation or ot!1er political subdivision. It shall be the intent of the City Council in the application <br />of this ordinance that there be an orderly anc, plE..nned <br />developJ11ent of land adjacent and nearby to the City. <br /> <br />City Manager Hirst reported that Mr. J. Ben Davis has declined to execute <br /> <br />an agreement with the Cit,T, previously approved by Cbuncil, providing for <br /> <br />the replacement of a ueter line just olJtside of the City's corporate li,..,:1ts <br /> <br />on Route 220 South. <br />
