Councilman Hill suggested, meanwhile, <br /> <br />that consideration and stuctr be given to increasing parking meter rates elsewhere in <br /> <br />the City from five cents per hour to ten cents per hour. <br /> <br />Pending determination of ownership of a strip of land between property belonging to <br /> <br />Mrs. Vivian N. Gilley at 1320 Memorial Boulevard and Mr. and Mrs. John C. Wigginton <br /> <br />at 1322 Memorial Boulevard and the City's Memorial Boulevard, no action was taken <br /> <br />on a joint Gilley...JNigginton request that this strip of land be abandoned. <br />
