V{herein action in this manner is taken <br />the holder of the permit shall iJl1Inediately discontinue those acti- <br />vities granted by tl1e pernit and this ordimmce, but the holder <br />shall be entitled to a hearing within tvw ck'1;ys from the revocation, <br />and the notice of the revocation shall desigmte the time and place <br />of the hearing. <br /> <br />Sec. 12.
