Inasmuch as there was a difficulty in <br />establishing lines on this property, it was recessary for us to call in Mr. <br />J. A. Trent, County Surveyor, to assist in preparing a map of the property. <br />As the County has an arrangement wi th Mr. Trent for wbrk that he does for <br />them, they requested that we pay Clark Brown IS bill for this survey and that. <br />they pay :Mr. Trent's bill. We felt that this was an equitable agreement and <br />agreed to it. <br /> <br />I would like to call to your attention that Mr. George Nease who purchased the <br />lots on Sellers Street described as Location #2 in the brochure, d~ so with <br />the understanding that the CiW would be agreeable to working it out with him <br />so that he could acquire the small triangular strip of land immediately behind <br />Lots #32, 33 and a portion of 34 so that he could face these lots on Memorial <br />Boulevard.
