Each boat shall be equipped with an efficient water pump or <br />bailing bucket, this to be in addition to the pail that is <br />carried for sanitary purposes. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />6. a. When two boats approach each other under power and on the same <br />course, the operatar of each shall keep to his right or starboard, <br />passing the other boat to his left or ports ide . <br /> <br />b. Sailboats shall, at all times, have the right-of-way over power <br />boats. <br /> <br />c. No boats shall cross the bow of another boat within a distance of <br />50 years. <br /> <br />C. Picnicking <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />1. Picnicking shall be permitted only in the recreational areas designated. <br /> <br />2. The lighting of fires shall be restricted to designated areas. <br /> <br />3. Garbage, rubbish and trash shall be deposited only in receptacles <br />provided the refar. <br /> <br />D. Enforcement of Regulations <br /> <br />The caretaker is designated as the City's representative for the veservoir <br />and all other nearby areas ovmed by the City and it shall be his duty to <br />enforce all rules and regulations as herein set forth and aIlf other <br />regulations that may be adopted by the Council. <br /> <br />The caretalrer shall collect and properly account for all fees for boating <br />privileges as described herein. <br /> <br />Said caretaker shall deny admission to the lake and adjoining areas to any <br />person known by him to have willf~ voilated the rules and regulations <br />prescribed and shall be empowered to arrest and take into custody any person <br />who violates said rules or regulations while in the area. Persons who are <br />consistently careless in the operation of boats or in their behavior on the <br />lake and adjoining areas so as to constitute a menace to themselves or to <br />others shall be denied admission on the lake. The caretaker shall post in <br />a conspicuous place a summary of the regulations adopted and a pamphlet <br />with full rules and regulations shall be made available to all persons <br />entering upon the area. <br /> <br />By request of counsel, consideration of George's Supermarket's petition far <br /> <br />assessment correction was postponed. <br />
