For the expense of this suecific item <br />of repair and improvement, upon presentation of an itemized statement of <br />cost, the City will reimburse tne Club for incurred expenses, not to exceed <br />a unit cost of thirty-five cents ($0.35) per linear foot of installed pipe <br />line and not to exceed a total linear footage of disturbed area seeded, <br />measured in relation to installed pipe line, of 3,332 linear feet. <br /> <br />Reimbursement to the Club for seeding and fertilizing within the one-year <br />maintenance arrangement as outlined in Section 7 of the lease apreement <br />shall be on the same unit cost reimbursement as above. <br /> <br />The reimbursement herewith specified win be in add:ition to and separate <br />from the consideration specified in paragraph 6 above. <br /> <br />2. Accept and conform to all other provisions of the lease agreement, wrich <br />includes the conve:'Tance of the necessary easement. <br /> <br />It is to be recognized that the easement agreement herein referenced, is <br />only in draft form in its present status so ureuared for the uurnose of <br />presentation of substance. Legal cmlnsel or designated reuresentatives <br />of the Club should review the drafter agreement and, as soon as they are <br />in position so to do, should confer with the City Attorney, to whom the <br />draft is still subject, for determination as to propietary of content and <br />legal wordage and preparation of final form. This necessary step would, <br />however, at this time be of only intermediate value until the uosition of <br />the Board of Directors as to this proposal might be received. <br /> <br />Your cooperation, assistance and advice in this matter win be apnreciated. <br /> <br />Council was informed that the Board of Directors of the Forest Park Country Club have <br /> <br />scheduled a meeting to consider the City's pronosal and offer and directed, upon receipt <br /> <br />of the Board's action upon this proposalanc offer, that Vayor Wilson call a special <br /> <br />meeting of the Council to consider the Club's decision thereon. Further, Mr. John T. <br /> <br />Fulcher reql1ested that the City provide sewerage collector service along Cherokee <br /> <br />Trail to permit him to connect hls new residence--now under construction at 1113 <br /> <br />Cherokee Trail--thereto in lieu of his having to provide private sewa~e disposal. <br /> <br />Mr. Fulcher also offered to make a cash donation towards the collector construction. <br /> <br />Hr. L. J. Mann, of 733 East Indian Trail, reauest.ed permission to connect his <br /> <br />residential property to the East Indian Trail sewer Ii ne servinp the Druid Hills <br /> <br />School; Council, h01"ever, in view of its agreement with Tanier Farm, withheld action <br /> <br />on Mr. Mann's reauest pending initial action thereon first by Lanier Farm. <br />
