<br />.12 <br /> <br />TUESDAY <br /> <br />DECEMBER 22, 1959 <br /> <br />further, that future rental charges and additional runway space would be <br /> <br />subject to renegotiation and revision of the present contracts. <br /> <br />Council continued for more study a proposed ordinance which would amend Section <br /> <br />2-4 of Chapter 2, Part II, (Animals and Fowl), of the City Code, suggesting that <br /> <br />City Attorney Taylor incorporate in said proposed ordinance certain suggestions <br /> <br />of members of Council. <br /> <br />By report dated December 16, 1959, the Planning Commission advised that the <br />Lanier Farm subdivision petition, received and referred by Council on December 8, <br />1959 to the Commission, sufficiently meets the City's design standards for <br />subdivisions; whereupon, Council accepted the Conmission's report and authorized <br />the execution by the City of a contract with Lanier Farm. incorporating the <br />necessary term and conditions relating to the extending of City utilities <br />outside the corporate limits, this property being the undeveloped portion of <br />Corn Tassel Trail. <br /> <br />Council approved a similar contract with owners of the Whittle Subdivision--in <br /> <br />Henry County, from the south side of Mulberry Road to the east side of Knoll- <br /> <br />wood Place--noting that the contract complies with required terms and corxiitions <br /> <br />of the City's ordinance regulating the extending of utilities outside the <br /> <br />corporate limits. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission also reported that it has approved the proposed resub- <br />division of property owned by Mr. Roy C. Stone and located on the east side of <br />Memorial Boulevard South (from Frank's Food Fair south), referred to in Council <br />minutes dated May 28, 1957 in which a rezoning from "A-2 Residential" to liB-I <br />Business" was requested. The rezoning request being renewed as a part of this <br />
