<br />Subsection(c) The Grantee shall be allowed to mix manu- <br />factured gas with natural gas for distribution within the City as <br />such mixture may be advantageous to the operation of the Grantee. <br />Such mixture, however, shall not relieve the Grantee of its obliga- <br />tions under this franchise nor shall it relieve the Grantee of the <br />obligation to make available to the City the volume of natural gas <br />specified in this section. <br />Subsection(d) Should, within the period of this franchise, <br />developments within the field of power or heating substances offer <br />to the Grantee the opportunity to more effectively, efficiently or <br />economically serve its customers through use of a substance or <br />material other than n~tural gas then the Grantee may petition the <br />City Council for review of this franchise in line with such develop- <br />ments. <br /> <br />Section 6. Service Standards and Controls. <br />Subsection (a) In General. The Grantee agrees to provide <br />and maintain, at all times, its entire plant and system in such <br />condition that it will furnish safe, adequate, efficient and con- <br />tinuous service. <br /> <br />Subsection(b). Quality. The quality of the natural gas to <br />be furnished and supplied by the Grantee to the consumers of natural <br />gas within the City shall at all times be of a heating value of not <br />less than 1,000 British Thermal Units per cubic foot of gas so furnished, <br />unless the Federal Power Commission or other authorized governmental <br />agency should approve a lower value for gas to be delivered to the <br />Grantee by the company or companies transmitting the natural gas to <br />the Grantee. <br />Subsection(c) Pressure. Gas Pressure, as measured at the <br />outlet of the Grantee's service to any consumer, shall never be less <br /> <br />- 4 - <br />
