<br />than four inches of water column, to be determined as herein provided. <br /> <br /> <br />The Grantee shall install and maintain a reasonable number of graphic <br /> <br /> <br />recording pressure gauges at points in the distribution system as <br /> <br />necessary to determine average pressure. <br /> <br /> <br />Subsection(d) Meter Accuracy. All gas service shall be <br /> <br /> <br />supplied through a meter which shall accurately measure the amount of <br /> <br /> <br />gas supplied to any consumer. The consumer shall supply a safe and <br /> <br />proper place for the installation of each such meter. Meters shall be <br /> <br /> <br />tested for accuracy by the Grantee upon the request of any consumer <br /> <br /> <br />who believes his meter to be inaccurate. If, upon test, it appears <br /> <br />that such meter overruns to the extent of 3 per cent or more, the <br /> <br /> <br />Grantee shall pay the cost of such tests and shall make a refund for <br /> <br /> <br />overcharges collected since the last known date of accuracy but for no <br /> <br /> <br />longer than six months, on the basis of the extent of the inaccuracy <br /> <br />found to exist at the time of themsts. If, when any meter is tested <br /> <br /> <br />upon the demand of a consumer, it is found to be accurate or slow or <br />less than 3 per cent fast, the Grantee may require the consumer to pay <br />the reasonable cost of such testing. Every meter, whether complained <br />of by a consumer or otherwise, shall be removed from service at least <br />once each seven years and thoroughly tested for its accuracy. Any <br />meter found inaccurate upon any test beyond a tolerance of 2 per cent <br />shall not be returned to service until properly adjusted. <br />Section 7. Use of Stree~s. <br />Subsection(a) General Control and Location of Gas Mains and <br />Pipes. The Grantee, in any opening it shall make in the streets in the <br />City, shall be subject to the provisions of this franchise, and to all <br />applicable ordinances and regulations. The City reserves the right by <br />resolution or otherwise to designate the location of any gas mains or <br /> <br />- 5 - <br />
