Council suggested, meamvhile, that such temporary measures as might provide better <br /> <br />conditions for children walking to and from this school would be aplJroved. <br /> <br />Dnde~ date of December lOth, the Planning Commission reported that the rezoninG petition <br /> <br />,- <br /> <br />filed September 26, 1963, by Moorefield's Cleaners r;. Laundry, Inc., requesting the rezoning <br /> <br />of a lot between Cross street and the Moorefield plant, now has the Planning Commission's <br /> <br />approval under the conditions that all propE,rty O"Imed by the petitioner at the plant site-- <br /> <br />including the lot cited in the petition--be rezoned to 1IB-2 Businessll inasmuch as some of <br /> <br />the property is a:lready incorrectly zoned for current usage. Upon motion, duly seconded <br /> <br />and unanimously carried, the Council accepted the Planning Commission's report and called for <br /> <br />a duly-advertised public hearing on the proposal to be concIucted at Council's next rerulAr <br /> <br />meetinr;, re-schedu1ed from Christmas Eve (Tuesday, December 21!th) to Monday, December 30th, <br /> <br />at 7:30 P.M. <br />
