Amendment <br />The City Council may revise or amend any of these provisions from <br />time to time. <br /> <br />Through Attor~ey John D. Epperly, counsel and member of the law firm Broaddus, <br /> <br />Epperly and Broaddus, Mrs. Freda D. Worthington and Mr. A. C. Drewery requested <br /> <br />the rezoning from !1A-1 Residential" to "P 1 Professional" of two residential <br /> <br />properties owned by them and located at 7 and 9 Cleveland Avenue. The Council <br /> <br />referred this request to the Planning Commission for its considoration and <br /> <br />recommendation. <br /> <br />In acknowledging a proposal from West Window Company, Council authorized the <br /> <br />selling to West Window Company of five acres of land--at $2,800.00 per acre-- <br /> <br />located within the City's Airport Industrial Park, which land is located <br /> <br />between a roadway leading off State Route 641 and the former Isley property, <br /> <br />fronting on said State Route 641. Council directed that road right-of-Hay <br /> <br />of si~ty feet be reserved and, also, that utility easements be reserved and <br /> <br />that a sixty-foot set-back be required, all in accordance with City Manager <br /> <br />Hirst's explanation and description. <br /> <br />Council referred to the Planning Commission, for its considel'ation and <br /> <br />rec omrrlsndati on, a petition submitted by W. B. Leverton & Associates, of <br /> <br />Winston-Salem, North Carolina, developers, requesting the rezoning to <br />
