Epperly, Attorney at <br /> <br />Law), filed a petition requesting the amending of the City's Zoning Ordinance, <br /> <br />with regard to Land Use Regulations and with specific reference to (a) <br /> <br />Paragraph 5 dealing with tlC-311 District; (b) Paragraph G, Nonconforming Signs; <br /> <br />and (c) Paragraph I, Setback. Council referred this petition to the Planning <br /> <br />Commission for its consideration and recommendation. <br /> <br />In commenting upon the snow-storm which began the night of November 11th and <br /> <br />which caused an interruption of electrical service over ninety percent of the <br /> <br />City's area because of lines broken by weight of snow and/or falling trees <br /> <br />and tree-limbs, City Manager Noland reported that service was being restored <br /> <br />as quickly as possible and that the City's Electric Department personnel are <br /> <br />to be commended for their perseverance and efficiency under most trying <br /> <br />conditions. <br />
