Boaz, William D. Hobson, and Morton W. Lester received the <br />highest number of votes for Councilmen, and are duly elected to the office <br />above named. <br /> <br />Through Public Works Director George W. Brown, Council was apprised of interest <br /> <br />on the part of several property owners along and near Route 58 East, outside the <br /> <br />City's east corporate limits, in obtaining water and sewer service from the City <br /> <br />through an arrangement whereby said property owners might bear the cost of <br /> <br />extending the City's lines to provide such service; however, the Public Works <br /> <br />Director pointed out that--looking toward the future and anticipated additional <br />
