TUESDAY

NOVEMBER 25, 1969

After some discussion, and with approval of financing the cost thereof with a

supplemental loan of $13,000.00 from street construction funds, Council authorized

the purchase of a new bulldozer from Rish Equipment Company, being the lowest

bidder, for the sum of $31,000.00 (reflecting trade-in allowance for an old

bulldozer), including winch mechanism. The record shows that all members of

Council, with the exception of Mayor Renick (who voted "nay"), voted in favor

of the motion to purchase, as recommended.
