Subsection (a) of Section 7. Limits of Franchise; Operation, appear- ing on page 6 is amended to read as follows: "Subsection a. The grantee may receive or originate and distribute such television and radio signals as are required, or may be permitted pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Federal Communications Commission." Subsection (c) of Section 7. Limits of Franchise; Operation, appear- ing on page 6 is amended to read as follows: "Subsection c. system FM radio and regulations Commission." The grantee may transmit over the signals in accordance with the rules of the Federal Communications Section 8. Rates appearing on page 7, is amended to read as follows: "Section 8. Rates - The charge by the grantee to a residential or business subscriber for installing its service connection to a single television receiver within 150 feet of grantee's trunk line shall not exceed twenty dollars ($20.00). For installing its service connection to a single television receiver beyond 150 feet of grantee's trunk line, the charge by the grantee shall be for actual cost thereof. The monthly service and maintenance charge to each subscriber, for a single receiver, shall not exceed six dollars ($6.00). In event grantee, during course of performance under this franchise, wishes to establish a charge or charges higher than those above prescribed, the grantee shall first make application to the city council. The council, after public hearing, duly advertised twice a week for two consecutive weeks prior to the hearing, shall make determination to revise the above prescribed charges or such charges as are then in effect." Section 13. Payment to City, appearing on page 11 is amended to read as follows: "Section 13. Payment to City. Not later than sixty days following the first day of commencement of the grantee's fiscal year for the period between the date of grant of this franchise and said first day, and thereafter not later than sixty days after the last day of the grantee's fiscal year, the grantee shall pay to the city a sum equal to 3% of the grantee's gross subscribers revenue ",_"~,..,__~"""",..."_,.,..,u,_"~_-....,,,._,-,.
