Manson (of 103 Farmington Court) as the City's member-representative

to the Area Agency on Aging.

Council accepted City Manager Noland's recommended usages of additional Federal

CETA funds recently made available to the City of Martinsville.

Upon receipt of a financial report covering the City's budgetary operations for

the quarter ended September 30, 1975, and in connection with the City School

Board's financial problems presented to Council on October 14, 1975, Councilman

Greene presented the following prepared statement, including a three-part motion

as set forth therein which was duly seconded and unanimously carried:

I have several comments in regard to Mr. Yeaman's October 22nd Quarterly
Financial Summary and in regard to the School Board's request for
$40,220.00 additional funds.
