<br />!" , <br />,~.I) <br /> <br />TUESDAY <br /> <br />JUNE 10, 1975 <br /> <br />Hall a group of plaques to be known as "Freedom Shrine", with Council <br /> <br />expressing appreciation to the Exchange Club for its interest in this <br /> <br />cause and for making these plaques available to the public. <br /> <br />Council unanimously accepted City Manager Noland's recommendation that <br /> <br />the City provide temporary employment to some individual, under the Comprehensive <br /> <br />Employment & Training Act of 1973, to be financed thereby, for the purpose <br /> <br />of topically indexing minutes of Council's meetings in a sequential and/or <br /> <br />chronological manner, thus supplementing the current cross-indexing of <br /> <br />said minutes. <br /> <br />City Manager Noland reminded Council that there will be up-coming vacancies on <br /> <br />the City's Drug Abuse Control Council and on the Regional Library Board, <br /> <br />that Council might give consideration to before and at its forthcoming June <br /> <br />24th meeting. <br /> <br />Council unanimously approved and adopted a rate-fee schedule, as proposed by <br /> <br />the City administration, for inspection services in connection with various <br /> <br />types of mechanical improvements, coordinating same within the City's <br /> <br />Building Code rate structure. <br /> <br />Upon motion, duly seconded and unanimously carried, and upon recommendation <br /> <br />of City Attorney David B. Worthy, Council adopted the following resolution <br /> <br />providing for the disposition of fees, effective October 1, 1975, collected <br /> <br />by the City's District Courts: <br />
