<br />TUESDAY <br /> <br />JULY 28, 1981 <br /> <br /> Reservoir Level Volume Supply Estimated <br />.-.. $elow Spillway) (MG) (Days) Demand - MGD <br /> 6 feet 950 145 6.0 <br /> 12 feet 675 110 5.4 <br /> 15 feet 610 105 5.1 <br /> 20 feet 440 125 3.0 <br /> 30 feet 200 75 2.0 <br /> <br />The following conditions and related conservation measures and penalties <br />are based on the levels of water storage in the Beaver Creek Impoundment <br />as specified above and shall be imposed as follows: <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />Condition 1 - when the reservoir level is at least 6' but less and 12' <br />below the spillway overflow. <br /> <br />Through all appropriate means water users shall be called upon and <br />encouraged to employ reasonable and prudent restraints and to voluntarily <br />reduce their normal usage by 10%. <br /> <br />Condition 2 - when the reservoir level is at least 12' but less than 15' <br />below the spillway overflow. <br /> <br /> 3. <br />.- 4. <br /> 5. <br /> 6. <br /> 7. <br /> <br />A. It shall be considered a misdemeanor and punishable as provided <br />in Chapter 1, Sec. 1-6 of the City Code for any person found <br />guilty of the following acts: <br />1. Watering of lawns, shrubbery, trees, plants or any other <br />vegetation, except indoor plants and greenhouse or nursing <br />stocks; <br />2. Washing of automobiles, trucks, trailers, boats, or any other <br />type of mobile equipment, except in commercial facilities <br />operating with a water recycling system approved by the City; <br />provided that any such facility operating with a water <br />recycling system shall prominently display in public view <br />a notice stating that such recycling system is in operation; <br />Washing of streets, driveways, parking lots, service station <br />aprons, office buildings, exteriors of homes or apartments, <br />or any other outdoor surfaces; <br />Operating any ornamental fountain or other structure <br />making a similar use of water; <br />Filling or refilling any swimming or wading pool; <br />Using water from a fire hydrant for any purpose other <br />than fire suppression or other public emergency; <br />Serving of drinking water in restaurants, cafeterias or <br />any other commercial food establishment, except upon the <br />specific request of a customer. <br /> <br />B. All applications for new non-residential water connections shall <br />be reviewed and specifically authorized by the Superintendent of <br />Water Resources. <br />
