Heims, property at 308 Forest Street,
years 1973 and 1974;

B. Harry W. & Pearl Jenkins, property at 635 Fayette Street,
year 1964; and

C. Robert J. & Margaret M. Price, property at 741 Stultz Road,
year 1963.

---

Council took no action on (and, thus, denied) the requests of the following property owners

for waiver of interest and penalties on the following properties for the following years,

determining that the City was not at fault in these cases:

A. In response to a suggestion (from Mayor Cole) that the Council, as a

result of the City Manager's research and report, might wish to establish some policy or

guidelines for the future expending of Revenue Sharing entitlement funds, such as for

capital projects only, members of Council chose not to attempt to establish any fixed policy

but, after the City Manager has made his recommendations for the usages of such funds through

.-

his annual recommended City budgets, rather, to examine and act upon these recommendations

and/or select other purposes and usages each year as Council studies and acts upon each annual

budget. Meanwhile, City Manager Edmonds reported that, pursuant to requirements
