Continued unsatisfactory perform- <br />ance may resul t in dismissa 1 ... <br /> <br />25 5-1.4 Adds the following phrase to the last sentence, stating <br />that d~motions "are contingent upon the availability of <br />suitable work or position." <br /> <br />25 5-2.1(c) Adds the last phrase to this subsection on absences as a <br />cause for disciplinary action: "frequent absences, whether <br />excused or unexcused, that affect efficient and/or satis- <br />factory performance of the job." <br /> <br />26 5-2.1(a) Adds the last phrase to this subsection, stating that vio- <br />lation of the new vehicle operation rules proposed in Sec. <br />7-4 is a cause for disciplinary action. <br /> <br />26 5-2.1(m) Adds sexual harassment, and a capricious charge of sexual <br />harassment, and reprisal against an employee having filed <br />a sexual harassment complaint, as causes for disciplinary <br />action. <br /> <br />29 6-1 Makes some minor revisions in language with reference to a <br />resigning employee's eligibility for re-employment with the <br />City, and the department head's completion of the separation <br />report form. <br />
