<br />July 26, 2005 <br /> <br />the second phase, the implementation phase, which will include the where, what <br /> <br />and how to pay for. <br /> <br />Council Member Ferrill reiterated the need to work with private owners of <br /> <br />existing buildings to see how they can best be utilized or how to utilize the <br /> <br />acreage. Council Member Roop asked if there is a timetable for the Rives Road <br /> <br />property because he feels it is a No.1 priority for the City. Fore indicated not yet, <br /> <br />but he felt they were ready to review with City staff. <br /> <br />Council considered the following schedule and location for the FY06 <br /> <br />neighborhood focus meetings: <br /> <br />Southside area-September 13, 2005 <br />Druid Hills/Uptown-December 13,2005 <br />Northside/Chatham Heights-March 14,2006 <br />Westside-June 13, 2006 <br /> <br />Council Member Ferrill moved to approve the schedule; the motion was duly <br /> <br />seconded and carried by the following vote, all members voting: <br /> <br />Vote: 5-0. <br /> <br />Yeas: (5) Cobbe, Reynolds, Roop, Ferrill, Clark. <br /> <br />Nays: (0) None. <br /> <br />Council considered approval of the FY2005-06 Performance Contract <br /> <br />between Piedmont Community Services and the Virginia Department of Mental <br /> <br />Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services. Council Member <br /> <br />Roop moved to approve the contract; the motion was duly seconded and carried <br /> <br />by the following vote, all members voting: <br />
