City Manager <br /> Collins will review the collections policy and re-address the issue with Council. <br /> <br /> A discussion ensued regarding items to be considered under Consent Agenda: <br /> <br /> A. Second reading of Ordinance 2004-15 <br /> B. Acceptance and appropriation of monies into the General Fund for <br /> the FY05 Budget <br /> <br />The topic was placed on the next regular meeting agenda. <br /> <br /> City Manager Collins stated that the proposed merger of the City's Leisure <br />Services and Henry County's Parks and Recreation departments and the City's firing <br />range will be discussed at September's work session. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before Council during their regular work <br />session, upon motion by Council Member Roop, duly seconded, by unanimous vote, <br />Vice Mayor Reynolds declared the meeting adjourned at 1:35 P.
