This <br />summary covers the three month period of February, 2004 through April, 2004. <br /> <br />As noted for the period, 47,983 pounds of material were collected, and the City's net cost <br />was $2,330.45 which includes a credit of $116.40 for the value of aluminum cans. As <br />outlined in a previous memorandum, the City's costs for this operation include a monthly <br />fee for rental of the containers, a haul/transport fee when the containers are emptied, and <br />a processing fee for glass and plastics.
