Citizens making complaints have been notified of status either by phone or letter. <br /> <br />This graph includes 360 actual complaints recorded for this area for the 12 month period between <br />December 2002 and December 2003. Of the 360 complaints recorded, 329 have been resolved and 31 <br />are presently pending with measures being taken to correct situation. Duplicate complaints on the <br />same address are noted on attached report. <br /> <br />Included in this report are all complaints referred directly to Customer Service and it does not include <br />routine calls for service.
