To date, all concerns in the Druid Hills and <br />Middle School areas have been resolved or measures are underway to resolve the situation. Citizens <br />making complaints have been notified of status either by phone or letter. <br /> <br />This graph includes 358 actual complaints recorded for this area for the 12 month period between <br />December 2001 and December 2002. Of the 358 complaints recorded, 330 have been resolved and <br />28 are presently pending with measures being taken to correct situation. Duplicate complaints on the <br />same address are noted on attached report. <br /> <br />Included in this report are all complaints referred directly to Customer Service and it does not include <br />routine calls for service.
