Set a public hearing for January 28, 2003, on a request by the <br /> Economic Development Department to solicit input on local <br /> community development and housing needs in relation to <br /> Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding for a project <br /> in our community. <br /> <br /> Council discussed various General Assembly bills that impact localities. <br /> <br /> Council considered the need to meet in Closed Session.
