State law requires PCS to submit this contract for your <br />review and potential approval (37-1.198). The Department of Mental Health <br />expects this contract to be acted upon by local governments by September 15, <br />2001. <br /> <br />Also enclosed, immediately following this page, are three summary pages. The first <br />reports on the most significant changes to this contract; generally there are no <br />significant changes this year. The second page summaries financial information and <br />the third page summarizes client statistics. <br /> <br />Submission of this contract is intended to provide local governments with full <br />knowledge of and an opportunity to comment upon the services provided by <br />Community Services Boards. As the agent of local government, PCS intends to meet <br />community needs and to act on your behalf to the best of our ability. <br /> <br />Please let me know if ! can provide any further information or clarification.
