PERFORMANCE CONTRACT <br />SUMMARY OF CHANGES <br /> FY 2001-02 <br /> <br />The changes are generally technical and appear to have minimal community impact. This <br />contract is actually substantially shorter and less complex than previous years. Numerous <br />duplicative reporting requirements have been omitted or streamlined. <br /> <br />The most significant changes include: <br /> Section 5.3.10 <br /> <br /> More clearly identifies the CSB's authority and responsibility for monitoring <br /> of services provided by other organizations and funded with the mental <br /> retardation Medicaid waiver. <br /> <br /> Section 5.5.3 <br /> <br /> Requires the development of Quality Improvement and Risk Management <br /> plans. <br /> <br /> Section 5.6.2.3 <br /> <br /> Requires the development of a consumer dispute resolution mechanism. <br /> Section 6.5.4 <br /> <br /> Requires an audit of client data to assure material accuracy. <br /> <br />07-10-01 <br /> <br /> <br />
