AGENDA ADDENDUM <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />CITY OF MARTINSVILLE, VIRGINIA <br /> <br />City Council Chamber - Municipal Buildings <br /> 7:00 P.M. - March 9, 1999 <br /> <br />XI. CONSENT AGENDA: <br /> <br />E, <br /> <br />Set a public hearing to be conducted jointly with the Martinsville Planning <br />Commission on a request submitted by R. C. Realty, Corporation to rezone <br />the Patrick Henry Mall located at 730 East Church Street, from C-1 <br />Commercial to C-3 Commercial. <br /> <br />COMMENTS: We recommend that Council set this joint public heating <br />with the Planning Commission for 7:00 P.M.' on March 23, 1999, at Albert <br />Harris School during Council's Neighborhood Meeting. <br /> <br />Consider, in Executive Session, in accordance with the Code of Virginia, Chapter <br />21--Freedom of Information Act, Section 2.1-344(A) . Executive or Closed <br />Meetings, the following: <br /> <br />C4 <br /> <br />A prospective business or industry or expansion of an exiting business or <br />industry where no previous announcement has been made of the business' or <br />industry' s interest in locating or expanding its facilities in the community, as <br />authorized by Subsection 5. <br /> <br />A prospective business or industry or expansion of an existing business or <br />industry where no previous announcement has been made of the business' or <br />industry's interest in locating or expanding its facilities in the community, as <br />authorized by Subsection 5. <br /> <br />Earl B.
