Renick presiding in U18 absence of Mayor J. <br /> <br />FranIc 'Nilson, was held in tl:le Council Chanber, Tuesday, March 20, 1962, at <br /> <br />5:00 P.M., for the purpose of considering matters relating to the City's sewerage <br /> <br />system improvements program. Wi th 'tile exception of l!Iayor Wilson, all members of <br /> <br />Couocil were present, viz., Messrs. '7red T. Renick, Thomas J. Burch, E. E. Stone, <br /> <br />and Harr7 L.
